The functions of this facility include services for receiving, unloading, storing, and delivering goods of various types and assortments, comprehensive customs and brokerage services for clients, as well as transportation services for cargo transport, forwarding, security, and vehicle rental.

The structure of the class "A" warehouse complex includes a goods and customs warehouse building, a four-story administrative building, utility and domestic blocks, ancillary premises, open parking for freight and passenger vehicles, and its own transformer substation.

The construction and commissioning of the first logistics center in the Krasnodar region was a step towards meeting the formed demand for quality warehouse services from Russian and international companies planning to develop their business in the Krasnodar Territory.
