“Desantnik” Residential Complex

The client for the project was the Regional Management of the Capital Construction Customer of the Southern Military District. The general contractor was JSC "Main Military Construction Department." Towards the end of the construction, MPS Engineering was assigned to complete the construction and installation works, perform finishing and commissioning works on the object "Residential building for service living at: Anapa, Turgenev street 244", object code 19109/1, which includes 448 two and three-room apartments with a total area of about 147,000 square meters. We were also tasked with performing a full range of works on the arrangement of intra-quarter engineering networks of water supply and sewage with subsequent landscaping and greening of a total area of about thirty thousand square meters, and intra-quarter outdoor lighting.
