The joint-stock company 'MPS Engineering' was established in 1998.

Currently, MPS Engineering is a construction company that actively participates in the implementation of federal-scale programs, constantly improving its approach to construction processes.

The following systems are implemented and in operation at the enterprise:

• A quality management system, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 (GOST R ISO 9001-2015) requirements;
• An environmental management system, in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 (GOST R ISO 14001-2015) requirements;
• An occupational health and safety management system, in accordance with ISO 45001:2015 (GOST R ISO 45001-2015) requirements. The new technologies applied allow for a reduction in material usage and ensure high construction speed without compromising quality. The experience of highly qualified staff enables the enterprise to offer services at the level of international standards.

The enterprise is fully equipped with special technological machines, mechanisms, and equipment necessary for performing all types of work in the construction of energy, industrial, and agricultural facilities, as well as civil construction objects. The enterprise owns a powerful fleet of heavy-duty vehicles, special construction equipment, has machinery and mechanism repair equipment, its own production bases, and logistics centers for storing construction materials.

At present, the enterprise employs approximately 880 people. All the engineering and technical staff of the enterprise have a higher education. The qualification of the employees in working professions is not less than IV - VI grades.

The personnel policy carried out by the enterprise's management contributes to the constant improvement of qualifications and training of the working staff.

Over the years of its existence, the company has participated in federal and municipal programs for the construction of public buildings and urban infrastructure objects, large-scale energy and agricultural facilities, as well as particularly dangerous and technically complex, unique industrial facilities.
